Introduction
As a specialist in high-quality technical drawings for patents, utility models and industrial designs, our goal is to ensure that each image meets international standards and facilitates the understanding of your invention at every stage of the process. Below, we explain in detail how we work to turn your idea into a professional visual document.
Confidentiality agreement
The security of your information is our priority. Therefore, before starting any work, we establish a confidentiality framework that protects all the details of your invention.
Mutual Commitment: Through the confidentiality agreement, both parties commit to keeping all shared information confidential. This not only protects your intellectual property, but also lays the foundation for a relationship of trust from the very beginning.
Formalization Process: You can complete and sign the confidentiality agreement directly online at our portal, ensuring that all documentation is legally protected.
Information encryption
To further strengthen information security, we have a web portal (Viewer) with the highest security guarantees, implemented with AI, which through a code provided at the start of the project, allows our clients to consult the generated documentation at all times. If you prefer, we can also send the documentation by email, encrypted and using the same code.
Security Measures: The documentation portal (Viewer) has been tested in terms of security by the best current AI models. If files are sent by email, they are encrypted with a 6-digit key, which we will provide to you via SMS. This ensures that only you and we have access to the data.
Recommended Tools: To send us your first batch of documentation, we recommend using file compressors (.zip) that allow passwords to be added, as they facilitate the secure and organized handling of information. If you prefer not to encrypt, simply let us know so we can define a secure alternative that suits your needs.
Descriptive documentation of the invention
Clarity in the representation of your invention is essential to avoid misunderstandings and to ensure that the drawing accurately reflects each component.
Plans and Sketches: It is essential that you provide us with descriptive plans or sketches of your invention, whether made freehand or digitally. These documents must include all the elements and components that form part of your idea.
Detailed written description: Accompany your drawings with a brief written description explaining the function and purpose of each element, as well as how they interact with each other. This step is fundamental for us to fully understand the operation and innovation of your invention.
Benefits of preliminary material: The preliminary documentation not only speeds up the drawing creation process, but also helps you structure and review your invention, better preparing you for the patent drafting.
Prototypes and complementary visual material
Having a prototype is a great ally during the development phase of your invention, as it allows you to observe and analyze its operation in practice.
Additional visual documentation: If you have built a prototype, we recommend sending us photos or videos. This material allows us to obtain a three-dimensional and realistic perspective of the invention, making it easier to identify details that might not be visible in a sketch.
Importance of the prototype: A well-documented prototype not only improves the quality of the technical drawings, but can also be key in validating and improving your idea before filing the patent.
First contact
Once you have the descriptive and visual documentation, contact us to start the process.
Direct communication: After receiving your information, we will contact you by phone. This first dialogue is essential to clarify any questions, get to know your project in depth and establish a direct working relationship.
Scope definition: During this conversation, we will provide you with a detailed quote and an estimated delivery time, adapted to the complexity and volume of the drawings required.
Quotes and delivery times
We work with transparent rates and competitive delivery times, adapting to the needs of each project.
Clear rates: Each drawing is made on a DIN-A4 sheet and complies with the specifications established by the OEPM. The price is €49 per figure (VAT included), regardless of the complexity or time required for its preparation.
Delivery times: The delivery process is set between three and four working days, depending on the number and complexity of the drawings. This period includes the time required for review and the incorporation of any corrections you may request.
Review process and final delivery
Quality and precision are pillars of our work, which is why we implement a detailed review process.
Initial delivery with watermark: The first version of the drawings is delivered with a watermark, allowing you to review them and suggest modifications without compromising the final content.
Iteration and refinement: During this phase, we collaborate closely with you to correct and refine the details you deem necessary. Once the reviews are completed, we deliver the final version in the appropriate format.
Final documentation: The approved version of the drawings is delivered in high resolution and in the appropriate format for inclusion in any official document, complying with all presentation regulations and standards.
Final considerations and complementary services
Our commitment is to offer you a comprehensive service that adapts to the different stages of the development and commercialization of your invention.
Patent process: If your goal is simply to patent your invention, our process will focus on delivering precise drawings suitable for inclusion in the official patent documentation.
Product coaching: If you want to take your invention to market, we recommend exploring our product coaching service. This service is designed to help you transform your idea into a technically coherent prototype, offering advice in key areas such as commercialization, market strategies and industrial design.
Wide range of services: In addition to patent drawings, we offer animations for litigation, industrial 3D design of tools, machines and components, creation of photorealistic product images, and development of user manuals and technical data sheets.
